A lot of people have told us about Nopa before, describing it as one of San Francisco’s best restaurant, so we obviously felt like it was a duty to try it out! The verdict? Well, first of all, we we’re happily surprised to see that the restaurant itself is pretty big and really well designed, which is kind of hard to see from the exterior. Second of all, we immediately fell like home when we saw the cocktails and tapas menus. How long have we been dreaming of mouthwathering cocktails since we arrived in the Bay Area a.k.a the capital of beer? Not that we don’t like the beer here – it’s actually the best we’ve ever had, hands down – but nothing beats a Sunshine Fix, a delicious concoction of aperol, broker’s gin, lemon, and angostura. Also not to mention the exquisite food menu, we loved Nopa for its diverse choices of tapas and entrees. We just couldn’t get enough of this finger-licking good seasonal, local, and authentic cuisine! Although you can’t make it through without a reservation, and that you need a fair budget, we say it’s all worth it!
